Hornsby Shire Council's Social Plan Review As you may be aware, Hornsby Shire Council is currently under going its Social Plan Review. As part of the review, we have developed a questionnaire for the local community/local stakeholders to provide productive feedback in the creation of the next Social Plan for 2010 - 2014. Here is your chance to have your say about what the Community Services Team needs to focus their work on over the next 4 years! Please download the questionnaire and fill it out. It will only take 5 minutes to complete. You can return a completed version to smizzi@hornsby.nsw.gov.au, or if you want to remain anonymous, you can drop it off at the Community Services Branch building at 28 -44 George Street, Hornsby or fax it to 9477 2853 and mark it attention YOUTH SERVICES TEAM. Also, we will be having a Stall in the Mall on Thursday 25 June from 9am to 8pm, out the front of the St.George Bank. Here, we will be asking the general community and others for feedback.
